NFLD is such an amazingly beautiful and interesting place. While in Turkey, I was aware of the hurricane that passed a couple of weeks ago. My friend there in Pouch Cove where we housesat said the eye passed overhead. Wow! No damage to his place but I guess roads got washed out and many trees were down. Some people were hit hard. My husband and I returned to NL. this past summer,my husband had never been there before, (he is originally from Philadelphia) he was totally in AWE!!!!He couldn't believe the beauty:) I am originally from Trepassey so we toured all along the southern shore and Cape St. Marys, also did the St. Johns area.We are going again next year and he can't wait!!!!Your pictures were just beautiful!!!Thanx for sharing:) I was born and raised in Nl. but now live in Texas.
